So, Corals offer a wide range of food servicing. Amongst the most popular one is the authentic Muar style otak-otak. It is scrumptious, versatile and convenient especially for working peers / stay at home mom.

Corals otak-otak

Corals otak-otak is renowned for having FISH ON EVERY BITE. We use fresh off the boat Spanish Mackerel Fish and also our special sambal recipe in producing the otak-otak. It is healthy as there are NO preservatives / coloring / MSG in the otak-otak.

In case if you are non-Malaysian, you might wonder what it is. It is actually a chilli paste mixed with various spices and fresh fish chunks / paste which will then be steamed, pan fry or air fry as an side dish while having a meal.

It is one of Malaysia’s traditional food. The most traditional ones are cooked together with nipah leafs. We welcome you to Corals if you haven’t try it already. You’re gonna love it !

Apart from manufacturing otak-otak, Corals also cater to private events as well as corporate ones. These include menu to cater for corporate lunch meetings, trainings session, buffet catering, high tea, food gifting etc.
